What's your hourly rate?

We don’t charge by the hour. You’ll be charged based on the size of the carpeted area we cleanse. Find out exactly how much your service will cost by requesting a free quote.

Do I have to move my furniture?

No. But it would help if you could temporarily relocate any small, fragile objects such as coffee tables, vases, lamps, and more.

Are you insured?

Yes. You’ll be covered by a comprehensive insurance policy .

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Only when the cost of your service exceeds £400. Then the deposit is 30%. Other than that we don’t require any deposits.

What are your working hours?

Our call centre is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can complete services between the hours of 7am and 7pm on any given day. However, we can perform night time jobs upon request.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Usually between three and seven hours. But you can reduce this by opening a nearby window. Upon request, we can also provide a specialist air-mover that will reduce the drying time by a third.
